At MaltipooMania, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how refund requests are handled.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received a defective item

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory or production issues

  • Your order was cancelled before fulfillment began

All refund requests are reviewed individually.


Orders Cancelled Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders cancelled before production, processing, or shipment may be eligible for a full refund.

Once production or fulfillment has begun, cancellation may not be possible.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A full refund

  • Store credit

at our discretion.


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product due to our error, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Gift cards

These items are created specifically for the customer and cannot typically be resold or restocked.


Change of Mind

For eligible non-custom products, customers may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds for lost shipments may be issued after the carrier investigation has been completed.


Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Processing times may vary by payment provider.

  • Most refunds appear within 5โ€“10 business days.

MaltipooMania is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card providers, or payment processors.


Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer after shipment may be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Original shipping charges

  • Restocking fees where applicable

Any refund issued will be reduced by these costs.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
