Many of our products are made-to-order or produced in small batches.

  • Packaging and shipment: 1 business day

Most orders ship within 2โ€“6 business days.

Production times may be longer during holidays, special promotions, or periods of high demand.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been produced and shipped.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking whenever available.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ship orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to:

MaltipooMania is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been accepted by the shipping provider.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.


Customs & Import Fees

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected at checkout.
