Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Include all original packaging and accessories

  • Not be listed as a non-returnable item below

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Digital products or downloads (if applicable)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Because these items are created specifically for the customer, they cannot be restocked or resold.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement item

  • A refund

  • Store credit

at no additional cost to you.


Return Process

Before sending any item back, please contact us first.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5โ€“10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning eligible items for reasons other than damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.


Exchanges
